Internship Structure

The internship is a structured training program supervised by both hotel mentors and your college/institution. It includes rotations through different hotel departments, performance evaluations, and learning sessions on:

  • Guest service management

  • Hotel operations

  • Food safety & hygiene standards

  • Communication and cross-cultural interaction

  • Cook & Kitchen Helper

Eligibility Criteria

This opportunity is open only to BHM students who meet the following conditions:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor in Hotel Management program

  • Must have completed at least 2 semesters of coursework

  • Must have basic English communication skills

  • Must possess a valid passport

  • Should be eager to learn and adapt to new environments
